Cancellation Policy:
At least a 7 day notice is required for cancellations made for scheduled visits longer than a week. Any cancellations prior to 7 days will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the service balance. 
For scheduled visits lasting 7 days or longer, Pawpularity Pet Care will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the service balance. 

A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations on services shorter than a week, otherwise a $20 fee will be applied.
